Bel-Air é renovada para a 3ª temporada

A série Bel-Air retornará para uma 3ª temporada, informou a Variety.

O segundo ano do reboot de Um Maluco no Pedaço atualmente está em exibição no streaming americano Peacock e o final da temporada vai ser transmitida em 27 de abril.

Em 2020, a série tinha sido renovada para duas temporadas de uma vez, mas agradou e teve audiência suficiente para garantir seu terceiro ano.

Assim como a série original, Bel-Air acompanha um adolescente chamado Will (Jabari Banks), que se muda do oeste da Filadélfia para morar com seus tios no elegante bairro titular de Los Angeles. Esta versão, no entanto, é mais dramática que a atração dos anos 90.

Sobre a 2ª temporada de Bel-Air

“Na segunda temporada, a série vai continuar a encontrar maneiras de inovar e se sentir revigorada e única, ao mesmo tempo em que honra o coração do legado da série”, disse Carla Banks Waddles, a nova showrunner de Bel-Air, em comunicado oficial.

“A última temporada foi muito sobre a introdução ao mundo da família Banks, e nesta temporada vamos aprofundar alguns dos temas que abordamos – o que realmente significa ser uma família, mesmo quando é desafiador. Também vamos explorar o caráter de Will, além dele se sentir como um peixe fora d’água. Ele agora está lutando para encontrar um equilíbrio entre manter sua independência e sua identidade de West Philly, ao mesmo tempo em que está aberto a novas oportunidades para si mesmo em Bel-Air. Viv e Phil também estão tentando encontrar um equilíbrio enquanto pais de adolescentes que pensam ter todas as respostas – permitindo a Will e seus filhos a liberdade de fazer suas próprias decisões, ao mesmo tempo em que orientam com uma mão gentil e, às vezes, firme”, finalizou.
