O aplicativo do Nubank está fora de ar para grande parte dos correntistas na tarde desta terça-feira (3), gerando uma série de reclamações de clientes do banco nas redes sociais.
Segundo o site DownDetector, que registra reclamações de usuários sobre sites e aplicativos, as queixas tiveram início por volta das 14h e mais de 2 mil notificações já haviam sido feitas até às 14h29.
O principal problema apontado pelos clientes do banco está no acesso ao aplicativo, que estava fora do ar para vários correntistas.

Procurado pelo g1, o Nubank afirmou, por volta das 15h50, que “boa parte da instabilidade foi resolvida” e que o “acesso ao aplicativo está aos poucos voltando à normalidade para todos os clientes.”
