Atores israelenses conhecidos por suas atuações na série “Fauda” estão demonstrando coragem ao defender seu país. Idan Amedi, que vive Sagi, compartilhou um vídeo nas redes sociais no qual ele se apresenta de uniforme militar, ressaltando que não se trata de uma cena da série, mas da realidade.
“Não é uma cena de “Fauda”. Esta é a vida real. Soldados chegaram aqui após o ataque do último sábado. Quero que vocês saibam que nesses momentos difíceis, em que a gente perdeu vários dos nossos amigos, a nossa moral é alta. Estamos aqui para proteger nossas crianças, nossas famílias, nossa casa”, afirmou ele. “Garanto a vocês que não vamos parar até ganhar esta guerra. Também quero agradecer ao povo de Israel. Suas cartas e desenhos nos mantêm fortes. Eu amo vocês e espero tempos melhores em breve.”
Lior Raz, que interpreta o protagonista Doron Kavillio, também se encontra ativo na defesa de seu país. Em um vídeo divulgado em seu perfil no Instagram, ele é visto se abrigando de bombardeios enquanto participa de uma missão de resgate na cidade de Sderot, no sul de Israel, que tem sido alvo dos ataques do Hamas.
Ex-soldado de uma unidade de elite das forças especiais israelenses, Raz realizou essa missão junto com os amigos Yohanan Plesnar e Avi Issascharov, este último também cocriador da série “Fauda”. Eles se juntaram ao grupo “Brothers in Arms”, uma organização que se opõe à reforma judicial proposta pelo governo do primeiro-ministro Benjamin Netanyahu.
“Fauda” é uma série que aborda a complexa situação de conflito entre Palestina e Israel, onde agentes israelenses se infiltram em territórios inimigos na busca por capturar terroristas. Uma quinta temporada da produção está em desenvolvimento, após a Netflix adquirir os direitos de exibição.
