O ator Tyler Christopher, conhecido por seu papel na novela “General Hospital” morreu nesta terça-feira (31). A notícia de seu falecimento aos 50 anos foi divulgada por seu colega de elenco, Maurice Bernard, através de sua conta no Instagram.
Tyler Christopher é lembrado por sua atuação em “General Hospital”, onde interpretou os papéis de Nikolas Cassadine e Connor Bishop, durante os anos de 1996 a 2016. Além disso, ele também foi marcante como Stefan DiMera em “Days of Our Lives”, de 2001 a 2019.
De acordo com Bernard, Christopher faleceu após sofrer um “evento cardíaco” em seu apartamento em San Diego. “Tyler era um indivíduo verdadeiramente talentoso que iluminava a tela em cada cena que apresentava e adorava trazer alegria aos seus fãs leais através de sua atuação”, afirmou ele, no texto.
“Tyler era uma alma doce e um amigo maravilhoso para todos aqueles que o conheciam. Tyler foi um defensor de uma melhor saúde mental e tratamento para o uso de substâncias, que falou abertamente sobre sua luta contra a depressão bipolar e o álcool. Estamos devastados pela perda do nosso querido amigo e oramos pelos seus filhos e pelo seu pai.”
