Netflix divulga primeiras imagens da sexta temporada de ‘The Crown’; confira

A Netflix divulgou nesta quinta-feira (27) as primeiras imagens da sexta e última temporada da série “The Crown“, que acompanha a história da Rainha Elizabeth 2ª e os eventos políticos e pessoais que moldaram o seu reinado.

E a trama, cuja data de estreia ainda não foi revelada, mas acontecerá ainda em 2023, conta com a chegada de dois estreantes. Ed McVey, 23, assume o papel do príncipe William nos últimos episódios da temporada. E caberá a Meg Bellamy, 19, o papel de Kate Middleton.

Curiosamente, ela foi selecionada para o projeto após enviar uma fita de audição quando viu uma chamada de elenco nas redes sociais.

E McVey, graduado no Drama Centre London em 2021, fará sua estreia profissional num grande projeto.

O casal ganhará os holofotes quando “The Crown” avançar para uma nova década. Nela, o príncipe William entra na Universidade de St Andrew’s para ter uma vida mais normal enquanto pode. Será nesse lugar que vai conhecer Kate Middleton. Quando os dois se encontram pela primeira vez no campus, um novo romance começa.

As gravações aconteceram em St Andrews, na Escócia, no início do ano. Os atores foram a alguns dos locais preferidos de seus respectivos personagens da realidade.
