Produção de ‘Homem com H’ fecha praia para banhistas e é advertida pela Prefeitura do Rio

Um trecho da faixa de areia da Praia do Arpoador, no Rio, foi interditado para as gravações do filme “Homem com H” por dois dias seguidos, o que é proibido. De acordo com a Lei Federal 7.661/88, as praias são “bens públicos de uso comum do povo, sendo assegurado, sempre, livre e franco acesso a elas e ao mar”.

Com Jesuíta Barbosa no papel principal, a cinebiografia de Ney Matogrosso é produzida pela Paris Entretenimento e dirigida por Esmir Filho.

De acordo com a RioFilme, órgão que integra a Secretaria de Cultura da Prefeitura do Rio, a empresa obteve autorização para montar a estrutura do set de filmagens dentro do Parque Garota de Ipanema, também no Arpoador, e em trechos do calçadão. Na faixa de areia, não.


Em nota enviada ao F5, a RioFilme afirma que “ressaltou à produção que cumprisse todas as condutas para que as faixas de areia fossem priorizadas em seu uso público.” Diz ainda que a produtora teria sido avisada que não seria permitida “a interdição de espaços da praia, cerceando o uso para a população em geral”.

As condutas, no entanto, não foram cumpridas, como mostram fotos e relatos de frequentadores da área. Os responsáveis pelas gravações foram advertidos pela Rio Film Commission, departamento da RioFilme, por terem fechado ao banhistas um trecho à beira-mar nesta quinta (14) e sexta (15). Uma das funções do órgão é justamente acompanhar de perto a realização de filmes, séries, novelas e demais conteúdos de audiovisual no município.

Procurada pelo F5, a Paris Entretenimento afirma que não houve interdição na praia ou qualquer desrespeito às leis. Confira a íntegra do comunicado: “A produção do filme ‘Homem do H’ seguiu à risca as recomendações da Rio Film Commission, dando prioridade ao uso público da praia. A faixa de areia não foi interditada, mas sim isolada em um trecho mínimo junto à Pedra do Arpoador apenas nos momentos em que as cenas estavam sendo filmadas, com as câmeras ligadas.”
